Help: Hockey RoH Check
The hockey RoH Check uses controlled hockey movements to judge whether the current hollow feels too deep, too shallow, or about right.
Use it for
- checking hollow feel with hockey-specific glides, acceleration, turns, stopping, transitions, and backward skating
- recording symmetry when one side or direction feels different
- saving a guide-only result for later skate-care or technician conversations
Before changing hollow
- consider sharpening quality, runner alignment, profile, fatigue, and technique when symptoms are one-sided
- do the tests at controlled practice speed, not game speed
- stop if a test feels unsafe
