Support Network

Rich@TheRink

TheRink Skaters can link skaters with a support network of skate technicians, retailers, coaches, fit specialists, clubs, and other skating supporters.

When you see a Support Network shown on a page, it tells you which supporter organization is connected with that service, payment, status check, or guided flow. Rich@TheRink is the default Support Network for TheRink services.

Supporters sign up

A Support Network is made up of people or organizations who have signed up as a Supporter on TheRink. This can include skate technicians, retailers, coaches, fitting specialists, and other skating support providers.

Skaters stay in control

Support Network sharing is designed to be consent-led. A skater can choose what to share with a supporter organization, such as skate fit notes, sharpening checks, blade alignment results, routines, or progression context.

Pages can be network-specific

Some flows, including getting started, payment, and work status, can be tied to a Support Network. The secondary bar is there so you can see which network the current page relates to.

Why this matters

TheRink Skaters is built to make skating support more joined-up. The same skater record can support service conversations, equipment choices, coaching context, and practical workshop decisions without making the skater repeat the same information every time.
