The free account is for every skater. Support Plans and QuickDrop are optional add-ons for people who want extra convenience, priority, or regular in-person support.
Create a free account to use the portal tools. Paid options add convenience and physical-world service benefits; they are not required for skate records, progression tools, buying guidance, skate-care tools, RoH checks, previous work history, help flows, or service requests.
