Help: Support Plans and QuickDrop

Your free skater account is separate from optional paid add-ons. Support Plans add in-person service benefits, while a QuickDrop Pass makes repeat workshop drop-off faster.

Card types

The portal currently supports Support Plan cards and QuickDrop Passes. Each card can optionally have a primary account and skate association for reference.

Card states

Requested means the card has been asked for but not yet issued. Issued means it is active. Expired means it has ended. Withdrawn means it has been removed from use.

Benefits

Some support-plan cards may have benefits attached, such as Staff, VIP, or Club. Those benefits are visible in your account, but any linked discount codes are handled internally.
